We currently deliver across the United Kingdom (UK) — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier workload, and your location.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Orders under £80: Standard shipping rate of £9.99.
  • Orders £80 and above: Free shipping across the UK.

All parcels are shipped via reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status.
If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@elenastephen.co.uk.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a note or contact you to arrange redelivery.
Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery charge.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at hello@elenastephen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you realise your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update it before dispatch.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control — such as courier delays, weather conditions, or postal strikes.
In such cases, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and minimise any inconvenience.
